"Late Dry Season" is defined here as Aug–Nov and "Early Dry Season" as Apr–Jul, based on Madagascar's fire seasonality established on the Fire Insights page — this is AFO's own definition, not a third-party standard. Protected-area boundaries are from OpenStreetMap contributors and may be incomplete.
